List of our Extracurricular Activities

Summer Camps

Over the course of 8 weeks, our inclusive summer camps offer unique, STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math) themes each week. Focused on the whole child, KA Therapies camps are an opportunity for children of all abilities to play, learn, and grow. Children may attend all 8 weeks or can take an a-la-carte approach, attending only selective individual weeks.

Physical Education

At Knox Academy, our Physical Education program promotes overall health and well-being through structured activities that enhance strength, coordination, endurance, and teamwork. Students engage in a variety of sports, fitness routines, and cooperative games that build confidence, resilience, and lifelong healthy habits. Through physical activity, they learn the value of discipline, goal-setting, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Music Strings program

Knox Academy’s Music Strings Program offers students the opportunity to learn and master string instruments such as the violin, viola, and cello. By participating in structured lessons and ensemble performances, students develop discipline, fine motor skills, and musical appreciation. This program enhances their creativity, concentration, and self-expression while fostering a deep love for the performing arts.

CHICKEN AND DUCK COOPS

Knox Academy provides students with a unique agricultural learning experience through our Chicken and Duck Coops. Students take responsibility for raising and caring for chickens and ducks, gaining hands-on knowledge about animal care, sustainability, and ethical farming. By selling fresh eggs to the community, they also develop entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and business management experience, preparing them for future leadership roles.
